Town of Steilacoom
AHBL has applied on behalf of Garrette Homes for a preliminary plat of 8 single family lots, a roadway extension of Galloway Street and associated utilities at 2506 Steilacoom Boulevard. The existing home will be removed.
The Steilacoom Planning Commission will host an Informational Workshop on the Galloway Ridge Preliminary Plat application on April 13, 2026, at 6PM at Town Hall (1717 Lafayette Street). Informational workshops are designed to inform the public about land use permits prior to a public hearing before the Town Council. Testimony will be taken at the Council hearing. Public testimony will not be taken at this workshop.
The Steilacoom Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the Galloway Ridge Preliminary Plat application on April 21, 2026, at 6PM at Town Hall (1717 Lafayette Street). Public testimony will be taken at the hearing.
