2026 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Development or Preservation of Affordable Housing The Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority (TCRA) is now accepting applications from developers seeking financing to provide affordable housing for low-income Tacoma households. Applications are available for funding: 1) Multi-family rental housing projects that consist of new construction or acquisition; 2) Development of housing for homeownership by low-income households that may include first-time homebuyer assistance; 3) Off-site infrastructure improvements for affordable housing development.
