City of Lakewood Notice of Application RIVERA RESIDENCE SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SSDP) AND SEPA: PLN-2026-18 The City of Lakewood has received a SSDP application from Azure Green Consultants to replace an existing single-family home along Lake Steilacoom. The 3,263sqft house, courts, and driveway will be replaced with a 3,215sqft home, 2,214sqft patio/deck, 84sqft entry, and 1,637sqft garage. A pool, terrace, and landscape walls are planned, with ~450cuyd of fill, and 6,010sqft of native vegetation and permeable pavers. The site is located at 10807EvergreenTerrace Southwest (APN:4730000010) in the Residential 2 (R2) zoning district. All work occurs landward of the OHWM. The comment period below may be the only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
