City of Lakewood Notice of Application RIVERA RESIDENCE SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SSDP) AND SEPA: PLN-2026-18 The City of Lakewood has received a SSDP application from Azure Green Consultants to replace an existing single-family home along Lake Steilacoom. The 3,263sqft house, courts, and driveway will be replaced with a 3,215sqft home, 2,214sqft patio/deck, 84sqft entry, and 1,637sqft garage. A pool, terrace, and landscape walls are planned, with ~450cuyd of fill, and 6,010sqft of native vegetation and permeable pavers. The site is located at 10807EvergreenTerrace Southwest (APN:4730000010) in the Residential 2 (R2) zoning district. All work occurs landward of the OHWM. The comment period below may be the only opportunity to comment on this proposal. The complete application may be reviewed by contacting the Lead Planner assigned to the project or by visiting the City of Lakewood Permit Dashboard and searching for the application: PLN-2026-18. Any comments about the proposal must be received by the Planning and Public Works Department (Attn: J Hopkins, Associate Planner) by 5 P.M. on April 23, 2026. Comments may be emailed to jhopkins@cityoflakewood.us. A Shoreline Substantial Development Permit is a Type II decision per LMC 18.20.080 which is an administrative decision by the City of Lakewood.
