Notice of MDNS - Town of Steilacoom The Town of Steilacoom has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for Galloway Ridge, a proposed 8-lot single family residential plat. Please note that the issuance of this determination DOES NOT constitute approval of the proposal. The Town has determined that, as mitigated, the proposed project does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
