Civil Construction Related to Property Abatement, Demolition, Decommissioning, and Asbestos Abatement 2026-MPW-071 SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this Bid is to secure the services of a Contractor to perform and manage property abatement, demolition, decommissioning, asbestos abatement and related civil construction work for Pierce County. Pierce County is seeking the service of a qualified Contractor with minimum of five years' experience in abatement and demolition with the capacity and capability to perform a variety of projects. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $500,000.00 not including WA State Sales Tax HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the OPENGOV Bidding Software. Notifications for bid updates, addendum and other bid information will be sent to all bidders who register with Pierce County OPENGOV and are a 'Bidder' under this bid number. COMPLETION TIME: The initial Contract Period of Performance will be one (1) year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year. Total contract time is Not to Exceed two (2) years.
