POTTER TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF ORDINANCE O-2026-01 On April 6, 2026 at 7:00 PM a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Ordinance O-2026-01 Zoning. This ordinance amends Chapter 220 Zoning, Article III District Regulations & Article V Conditional Uses to add Agriculture or Horticulture Related Distilleries, Wineries, and Breweries as a Conditional Use within the Agricultural District (A). This meeting will be held in the Potter Township, Centre County, Municipal Building, meeting room, at 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
