Public Notice REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WATER SYSTEM DESIGN FOR SCOTTS – G-4 WELL PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lakewood Water District (District) is requesting written Proposals from qualified firms for a project to equip a groundwater well. The site is located at 4217 108th St SW, Lakewood, WA, Parcel Number 0219014113. The District recently completed the drilling of a new well, referred to as "G-4" and is now proceeding with the work required to equip the well. The Consultant shall perform design and permitting services for the new pump and motor; building encompassing the wellhead with electrical, control, power and chlorination equipment; Fe/Mn treatment equipment; piping appurtenances and other site improvements. SUBMITTAL: The proposal shall be limited to 15 pages and include a demonstration of the consultant team's knowledge and experience with municipal groundwater well projects. This shall include a list of projects with references and information on personnel who would be associated with this project, indicating their depth and quality of experience. The Proposal shall also include the consultant's proposed approach and schedule for the project through bidding.
