The first reading of the proposed condemnation ordinance is scheduled for the March 24, 2026, regular City Council meeting, at 7:00 p.m., at City of Federal Way Council Chambers located at 33325 8th Ave. S., Federal Way, WA. 98003. The second reading and potential adoption of the proposed condemnation ordinance is scheduled for the April 7, 2026, regular City Council meeting, at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers.
