PUBLIC NOTICE Jason Hancock with Century Communities, 11714 North Creek Parkway N, Suite 165, Bothell, Washington 98011 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Spanaway Lake Crossing is located at 924 160th Street E & 16309 11th Avenue E in Tacoma, in Pierce County. This project involves 12.43 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities. The receiving water will discharge to ground with 100% infiltration. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in Ecology's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
