O2026-501, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Related to the Additional Sales and Use Tax of One-Tenth of One Percent for Criminal Justice Purposes as Authorized by RCW 82.14.345; Amending Chapter 4.28, "Sales and Use Tax", of the Pierce County Code to Levy the Additional Sales and Use Tax; Amending Section 4.48.020, "Special Revenue Funds", of the Pierce County Code to Establish the Justice and Unified Safety Tax Fund for Deposit of the Tax Revenues; Authorizing Fiscal Year 2026 and 2027 Appropriations from that Fund; Adopting a New Chapter 2.85 of the Pierce County Code, "Justice and Unified Safety Tax Fund Performance Advisory Board"; and Setting Effective Dates., HAS BEEN ADOPTED.
