This project will include removal of a driveway within wetland buffer and wetland and wetland buffer mitigation work. COMMENTS DUE: March 16, 2026 @ 5:00 pm SEPA: A Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review and threshold determination is required for this project. The City will review the proposal for consistency with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 197-11 and Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) Chapter 20.05.
