The Squaxin Island Tribe hereby notifies affected tideland owners and the public, of upcoming Tribal surveys of shellfish populations on the above-described tidelands that are not used for commercial shellfish growing. The Tribe will conduct surveys in a manner consistent with federal court orders in shellfish case in U.S. v.
