O2026-502 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pierce County Council will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Pierce County Council Chambers, 1501 Market Street, Suite 140, Tacoma, WA, 98402 to consider the following: Proposal No. O2026-502, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Vacating a Portion of 186th AV E (Eldridge-Frazier Co. Rd.) in Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, Pierce County, Washington. Legal Description of Property Proposed to be Vacated: All that portion of a 60 foot wide strip that lies in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, Northwest Quarter, Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, of the Willamette Meridian. Situate in the County of Pierce, State of Washington. This hearing date was set by action of the Pierce County Council at its February 17, 2026, Council meeting.
