NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 843 passed by the City of Lakewood City Council on the 2nd day of February, 2026. AN ORDINANCE of the City of Lakewood, Washington, relating to contracting indebtedness; providing for the issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $2,900,000 aggregate principal amount of limited tax general obligation refunding bonds to provide funds to prepay certain of the City's outstanding limited tax general obligation bonds and pay the costs of issuance of the bonds; fixing or setting parameters with respect to certain terms and covenants of the bonds; appointing the City's designated representative to approve the final terms of the sale of the bonds; and providing for other related matters. Section 21. Effective Date of Ordinance. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and five days following its publication as required by law.
