Event Coordinator
The City of University Place seeks a professional to provide the services of an Event Coordinator. Contractors must provide five (5) event references for work performed within the last three (3) years. Include size of the event, outdoor or indoor, name of event, and contracting client contact information.
Contractor obligation to the event:
1. Provide Event Management, Contract Services, Décor, and Production approved by the City.
2. Curate, book, and manage food trucks and vendors:
a. Provide an application form to potential vendors, which the city must approve.
b. Coordinate vendor required paperwork and activities leading up to and on the day of the event.
c. Assure that vendor areas are secured safely and in accordance with PCHD regulations.
d. Coordinate Vendor load in and load out.
