Site Location: Located on Camp Murray, Washington, south of Infantry Drive between the Washington Army National Guard Pierce County Readiness Center (PCRC; Building 80) and 41st Division Road.
Description of Proposal: Construction of a new Washington National Guard Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) at Camp Murray. The structure is approximately a 64,294 gross square foot (gsf) two-story facility building providing offices (private and shared), conference rooms, briefing rooms, a Joint Operation Center (JOC). Site improvements include vehicular access, parking lots, fenced military vehicle parking area, pedestrian amenities, and utilities to serve the proposed use.
