Request for Statements of Qualifications and Data Notice of Requirements for Professional Services - Architectural and/or Engineering Service Gig Harbor Fire & Medic One (Pierce County Fire District No. 5) Pursuant to RCW 39.80.040, notice is hereby given that Gig Harbor Fire & Medic One shall require certain architectural and /or engineering services within the next year or more. All firms engaged in the lawful practice of these professions are encouraged to submit their statements of qualifications and performance data to the address below. The Fire District will evaluate the information submitted and interview one or more firms regarding a possible contract or contracts for professional services. The District will contract with the most highly qualified firm, under the criteria established by the District, which include but are not limited to, level of experience and responsibility, references from past municipal or private clients of the firm, and the particular project or projects in question. A complete RFQ announcement can be found at: http://www.gigharborfire.org/about/bids The public works projects anticipated by the District involve: Complete architectural and engineering services, through the construction phase, for the remodeling/reconstruction and possible additions to one or more fire stations. Complete architectural and/or engineering services for future projects for the next 3 years, with a possible extension on the contract.
