COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 26-001-CAP-PSTAA EARLY LEARNING ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pierce County is currently seeking proposals to expand access to high-quality, affordable early learning opportunities for children, with an emphasis on serving low- and moderate-income families. Puget Sound Taxpayers Accountability Account (PSTAA) funds, in the amount of $1,000,000 has been made available for this purpose. The Request for Proposal will be posted and available online Thursday, January 15, 2026, on the following website: https://www.piercecountywa.gov/7829/Current-Solicitations.
