PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS TAKE NOTICE: That on November 1, 2021 the Fox Island Mutual Water Association (FIMWA) of Fox Island, WA filed Application for Water Right Permit G2-30825, to appropriate public groundwater, subject to existing rights, from a well for year-round use in the amount of 600 gpm for municipal supply purposes The source of the proposed appropriation is located within the SE quarter of Section 34, Township 21, Range 1E.W.M., within Pierce County. The proposed place of use is the area supplied by the FIMWA as defined by an approved water system plan.
