Notice LAKEWOOD WATER DISTRICT UTILITY MANAGMENT SOFTWARE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Lakewood Water District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the District with a utility management solution. This will include managing customer data, generating and tracking utility bills, and payments and service order management integration with the Districts existing ElementsXS software solution. It should also include a 24/7 web-based customer portal. Proposals shall be limited to 10 pages or less.
