City of Lakewood Notice of Application PLN-2025-110 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) The City of Lakewood has received a CUP application proposing the extension of the truck and trailer parking lot on a 3.83-acre lot in association with an existing adjacent truck and trailer parking lot. The project will include site and frontage improvements as well as new landscaping and parking. The project is proposed to be located at 7319 146th ST SW (APN#0219221023) which is located in the Industrial Business Park (IBP) zoning district. Truck and trailer parking is allowed within the IBP upon approval of a conditional use permit (CUP).
