Door hardware. 5. Line voltage power and low-voltage connections, telecommunications. 6. Network installation, access control, and CCTV installation. 7. Concrete walks, gates and fencing. 8. Landscaping restoration. Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM at the project site. All companies intending to bid as a prime contractor, as well as major sub-contractors, are encouraged to have an employee of the company attend and identify themselves and the company on the sign-in sheet. Bid Due: Sealed Bids will be received up to 1:00 PM January 28, 2026 at the District Office, Fife Public Schools, located at 1720 Oak Street, Milton, WA 98354. Bids received after the date and time stated above will not receive consideration. Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the date and time indicated above for the receipt of bids. Subcontractor Listing Subcontractor listing is not required. Apprenticeship Apprenticeship participation in accordance with RCW 39.04.320 is not required. Prevailing Wage: It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to the L&I web page https://www.lni.wa.gov/licensing-permits/public-works-projects/prevailing-wage-rates/ to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid.
