NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Edgewood, Washington has received an application for the following proposal:

PROPOSAL: The project proposes a mixed-use development consisting of two 3-story mixed use buildings, four 4-story apartment buildings, a two-story amenity building with a managers unit and four guest studios, and a pool house. The project will result in a total of 176 residential units, approximately 9,600 square feet of commercial space, 251 parking spaces, and 21 bicycle parking spaces. Other onsite improvements include a children's playground, pickle ball courts, refuse are, and large 24-Street East Plaza area.
COMMENTS DUE: January 12, 2026 @ 5:00 pm
SEPA: A Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review and threshold determination is required for this project. The City will review the proposal for consistency with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 197-11 and Edgewood Municipal Code (EMC) Chapter 20.05.
The public may comment on the application until 5PM, on January 12, 2026. We encourage the public to submit comments to the City via e-mail at: comdev@edgewoodwa.gov.
