PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF UNIVERSITY PLACE PUBLIC HEARING ON TOWN CENTER BUSINESS DISTRICT PLAN The City of University Place Planning Commission will conduct a hybrid public hearing on December 17, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to hear testimony and consider a final draft of the Town Center Business District Plan. This subarea plan is in accordance with the City's Regional Growth Center Plan, which was adopted in 2017, and the Puget Sound Regional Council's framework for regional growth centers. The Town Center Business District Plan will establish a unified vision for the future of the Town Center District, along with goals, policies, and identified actions and projects needed to implement the plan. Proposed amendments are posted on the City's webpage at www.cityofup.com.
