Notice of Ordinance Passed by the Lakewood City Council The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 838 passed by the City of Lakewood City Council on the 1st day of December, 2025. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD GRANTING FORGED FIBER 37, LLC A NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN, THROUGH, OVER AND UNDER THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD. Section 22. Effective date. This Ordinance, being in compliance with RCW 35A.47.040, shall be in force and effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage by the Lakewood City Council and publication in the summary form attached to the original of this ordinance and by this reference approved by the City Council.
