City of Lakewood Public Hearing Notice When: Tuesday, December 16, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM Place: Virtual meeting via Zoom The City of Lakewood Planning and Public Works Department will be holding a public hearing for permit #13024 Dower Dell Shoreline CUP and #13026 Dower Dell Shoreline Variance for the proposed remodel and expansion of an existing single-family residence within 90 feet of Chambers Creek Conservancy buffer. The subject site is located at 6918 75th ST SW (APN# 0220278001) and is zoned Residential 3 (R3). All persons wishing to submit written comments on this project prior to the public hearing may do by 5 PM on December 15, 2025. Written comments may also be submitted at the hearing and interested parties may testify at the public hearing. The project files are available upon request. A copy of the staff report will be available for review through the Planning and Public Works Department seven (7) calendar days prior to the public hearing.
