PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Benner Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at the regular monthly meeting to be held on November 2, 2026, at 7pm, in the Benner Township Municipal Building, will consider for adoption an Ordinance titled: Benner Township Pretreatment Local Limits for Industrial Users for 2026, amending Ordinance 43 and Ordinance 127, and Ordinance 136, of summary of which is to establish new pollutant discharge limits on wastewater from industrial users.
