PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ORDINANCE O-26-06 ZONING - ZONING MAP CHANGE COLLEGE TOWNSHIP On October 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Ordinance O-26-06 Zoning – Zoning Map Amendment. This Ordinance amends Chapter 200 Zoning, Section 200-10 Zoning Map to rezone 60-acres of a portion of the zoning designation of tax parcel 19-003-,100-,0000 to Planned Research and Business Park District (PRBD) from its existing zoning designation of University Planned District Sub-District 14 (UPD 14). This meeting will be held in the College Township Municipal Building, Council meeting room, 2nd floor, at 1481 E. College Ave., State College, PA 16801. Any written comments may be mailed to the address listed above or emailed to admin@collegetownship.org. Copies of all written comments received by 12:00 PM on October 1, 2026, will be provided to the College Township Council and entered into the Public Hearing record. Action on this Ordinance may take place following the Public Hearing. A copy of the full text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of College Township at 1481 E.
