NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Centre County Hospital Authority will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, Main Floor, in the Senate Suite, 215 Innovation Blvd., State College, PA 16803, for the following purposes: (1) to elect officers of the Authority; (2) to consider a project on behalf of Mount Nittany Medical Center involving the issuance by the Authority of one or more series or tranches of tax-exempt and/or taxable commercial paper revenue notes, and to approve any action required by the Authority in connection with such project; and (3) to consider such other business as may come before the Board of the Authority.
