NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing by the Centre County Hospital Authority (the "Authority"), on behalf of itself and the County Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of Centre County, Pennsylvania, to be held on September 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, Main Floor, in the Senate Suite, 215 Innovation Blvd., State College, PA 16803. Such hearing will be conducted for the purpose of receiving public comment with respect to the proposed issuance by the Authority in one or more series or tranches of tax-exempt and/or taxable commercial paper revenue notes (the "Notes") to finance a project pursuant to a plan of financing in Centre County on behalf of the Medical Center (hereinafter defined), as follows: A. Initial Legal Owner or Principal User: Mount Nittany Medical Center (the "Medical Center"), a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), which owns and operates a nonprofit medical center and Mount Nittany Medical Center Health Services, Inc., d/b/a Mount Nittany Physician Group ("Physician Group"), a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
