Notice of Proposed Telecommunications Tower: Public Participation Telecom Properties, LLC is proposing to construct a new guyed style telecommunications tower at 44 Salt Lick Trail, Howard, Centre County, PA, 16841, N 41° 04' 37.3", W 77° 44' 39.0". The height of the tower will be 134.1-meters above ground level (440-feet above ground level) and 136.9-meters above ground level including appurtenances (449-feet above ground level with appurtenances). The tower will be lit with FAA Style E medium intensity dual lighting.
