ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the City of Mascoutah, St. Clair, County, Illinois, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids at the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, Mascoutah, Illinois, until 10:00 (A.M.) local prevailing time on the 1st day of September 2026 at which time Bids will be opened. The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time. Sealed Bids should be labeled "Mascoutah – West Church Street Sewer Lining on the outside of the bid submittal envelope. Mascoutah - West Church Street Sewer Lining The Project includes the following Work: Cleaning, televising, point repairs, and lining of sanitary sewer mains and lateral connections. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Gonzalez Companies, LLC, 525 West Main Street, Suite 125, Belleville, IL. Prospective Bidders may obtain a set of the electronic (pdf format) Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by sending an email request to: tpeek@gocos.net & cbosnyak@gocos.net. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents will not be distributed. Bid Documents will also be provided to the Southern Illinois Builders Association; O'Fallon, Illinois. Each Bidder must deposit with its bid a security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid price. Such security being an acceptable bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds or Letter of Credit in the full amount of the bid.
