LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at recent respective meetings, the ORD Sewer Authority ("ORD"), Osceola Mills Borough, Rush Township, and Decatur Township approved resolutions to amend the Articles of Incorporation for ORD. The proposed amendment will add a provision to ORD's Articles of Incorporation that will extend ORD's term for fifty years. ORD's registered office is at 235 Skips Lane, Osceola Mills, PA 16666. The articles of amendment will be filed under the relevant provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa. C.S. §§ 5601-5623.
