DBE Goal Outreach Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) will be hosting a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) outreach meeting via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday August 05, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This meeting is open to all Small Businesses and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) organizations. The Purpose of this meeting will be to provide transparency on the proposed DBE goal, specific information about CATA, and the areas of purchasing opportunity for Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. CATA has numerous professional service contracts, construction projects, fleet management, vehicle repair and maintenance, office management supply, repair and maintenance contracts, information technology projects, etc. CATA welcomes firms that are DBE, SBE, WBE, MBE and small business members and encourages participation in all procurements, regardless of value. CATA also request feedback in the establishment of its DBE goals.
