Public Notice The Benner Township Board of Supervisors will hold a conditional use hearing on August 3, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Benner Township municipal building located at 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823. The hearing is to consider the conditional use application filed by Family Life Ministries, Inc., seeking approval to construct a 199' self-supporting communication tower, within a 50' x 50' fenced in compound on property located at 131 Mountain Meadow Lane, Bellefonte, PA, known as Centre County Tax Parcel No. 12-002-018. The subject property is owned by Terry J. Stem and is located within the Agricultural Zoning District. Communication facilities are classified as conditional uses in the Agricultural Zoning District. A copy of the conditional use application are available for public inspection during normal business hours and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by contacting the Township Secretary at (814) 355-1419.
