LEGAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice of meetings to be held on July 16 and 17, 2026, at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. On Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Committee on Student Success will meet at 12:45 pm. The Committee on Research and Technology will meet at 2:00 pm. The Committee on Governance will meet at 3:15 pm. The Committee on Finance and Investment will meet at 4:00 pm. Notice is also given that the Board will hold an Executive Session on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11:45 am pursuant to Sections 708 (a)(1) and 708 (a)(4) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. Beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 16, 2026, the Board will meet. All public committee meetings are open to the public and are available via Microsoft Livestream at https://trustees.psu.edu/.
