Beginning on the East by lot now or formerly of Elexis Bair, on the South by South Alley; on the West by lot now or formerly of Mrs. Fietta Krumrine Estate; and on the North by Main Street.
Containing 1/4 acre, more or less, neat measure, and having erected thereon a dwelling house.
BEING known and numbered as 142 East Main Street, Rebersburg, PA 16872.
Being the same property conveyed to Albert L. Stull and Carol L. Stull, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship (as to a 1/2 interest) and Elizabeth M. Stull, as individual (as to the other 1/2 interest) who acquired title, with both 1/2 interests being held as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, by virtue of a deed from Jason R. Rote and Julie A. Rote, husband and wife, dated June 26, 2008, recorded June 27, 2008, at Document ID R 02014-0164, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
INFORMATIONAL NOTE: Carol L. Stull died on January 19, 2016, and pursuant to the survivorship language in the above-mentioned deed, all her interests passed to Albert L. Stull
