PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ORDINANCE O-26-04 & ORDINANCE O-26-05 AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTERS 170 & 180 COLLEGE TOWNSHIP CODE On July 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Ordinance O-26-04 and Ordinance O-26-05. Ordinance O-26-04 amends Chapter 170, Signs, to accommodate Stadiums, Arenas, and Event Centers. Ordinance O-26-05 amends Chapter 180, Subdivision and Land Development, to reference the updated Master Tree List for street trees and land developments. This meeting will be held in the College Township Municipal Building, Council Meeting Room, 2nd floor, at 1481 E. College Ave., State College, PA 16801. Any written comments may be mailed to the address listed above or emailed to admin@collegetownship.org. Copies of all written comments received by 12:00 PM on July 16, 2026, will be provided to the College Township Council and entered into the Public Hearing record. Action on these Ordinances may take place following the Public Hearing.
