NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER The Benner Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on August 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Benner Township Municipal Building, 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823, to consider and possibly adopt a resolution approving the transfer of a restaurant liquor license from outside the municipality into Benner Township. WaWa, Inc., has requested approval of Benner Township for the proposed transfer of Pennsylvania restaurant liquor license no. R-18231 from Ray Brian Rees, 505 E. Sycamore Road, Snow Shoe, PA 16874, to WaWa, Inc., for a convenience store restaurant facility within Benner Township to be located at 121 Eagle Point, Bellefonte, PA 16823. The public is invited to attend this public hearing.
