LEGAL NOTICE The State College Zoning Hearing Board will meet in a hybrid meeting on July 14, 2026,at 12:30 PM to hear the following case: Robert Goetz, 730 N Atherton St, State College, PA seeks a variance from the provisions of §19-2406.b(6) of the State College Borough Zoning Ordinance, which requires a five foot side yard setback for driveways. The applicant proposes to create a new parking area in the rear of the subject property that accessed from the abutter's driveway, crossing the shared property boundary and encroaching on the required setback.
