COUNTY OF CENTRE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF ENACTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regularly scheduled public meeting held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, in Room 146, Willowbank Office Building, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Centre, Pennsylvania (the "County"), enacted an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the County to incur nonelectoral debt in the maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 evidenced by its General Obligation Note, Series of 2026 (the "Note"), for the purpose of providing funds to be applied for and toward the 2026 Project, as defined in the Ordinance. The amendments were made during final enactment of the Ordinance to finalize the estimated date of completion of the authorized capital projects and to state the estimated useful lives thereof. The purchase price of the Note is $10,000,000 (100% of the principal amount), and the annual interest rate payable on the Note is fixed at 4.73% from the date of delivery of the Note through maturity on July 1, 2041. The text of the Ordinance as finally enacted, may be examined or inspected by any citizen at the office of the Administrator of the County located in the Willowbank Office Building, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, on any regular business day between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., prevailing time. This notice is given in accordance with the requirements of and in compliance with the Local Government Unit Debt Act, 53 Pa.C.S. § 8001 et seq., as amended and supplemented.
