Public Hearing Centre County will hold two public hearings on the Centre County Human Services Block Grant Plan for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027. The hearings will be offered in person as well as virtually. The first hearing will be Tuesday, June 23rd at 5pm. The second hearing will be Wednesday, June 24th at 10am. Both hearings will be held in-person at the Community Services Building, 502 E. Howard St, Bellefonte, PA 16823. To register for the virtual hearing and be provided a video link prior to the hearing, please email hsbg@centrecountypa.gov and provide the date and time of the hearing you plan on attending. You will receive the link to participate prior to the hearing via email. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss services, gather input on needs and priorities within the human service system and to provide an opportunity for testimony from stakeholders, especially individuals and families utilizing services. The hearing will provide an overview of the proposed plan for FY 2026-2027 for Human Services Block Grant and an opportunity to provide testimony for the development of the plan. The plan provides services involving the Centre County Office of Mental Health/Intellectual Disability, Early Intervention, Drug & Alcohol, and the Office of Adult Services.
