Front Street Sidewalk Repair/Replace Project The Borough of Philipsburg is accepting sealed bids for a sidewalk replacement/repair project. Location is on Front Street from Locust to Presquiesle Street, on both sides of the street. This project requires prevailing wage. The successful bidder shall furnish all work, services, materials and related items necessary to complete the project. You can contact borough office to schedule a walk-through of the project site if needed. The Philipsburg Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
