PUBLIC NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING The Benner Township Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on July 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the Benner Township Municipal Building, 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823, to consider and possibly adopt a zoning district map change for a portion of Parcel No. 12-004-054. The parcel consists of 15.70 acres, and is located at the end of High Tech Road. The parcel is currently zoned Industrial (I), and the owner of the property, High Tech Road Owner, LLC, has requested that the zoning district for approximately 7.31 acres of the parcel be changed to Multi-Family Residential (R-2).
