LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Gregg Township will consider the Ordinance described below for adoption and enactment at the regularly scheduled Board meeting at the Old Gregg School, 106 School Street, Spring Mills, PA 16875, at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026. A summary of the proposed Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE GREGG TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS, CENTRE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, MODIFYING THE SPECIAL EVENTS ORDINANCE TO REMOVE THE IMPACTED PROPERTY OWNER NOTICE REQUIREMENT. A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for inspection at 106 School Street, Spring Mills, PA 16875. Any and all interested or affected parties are invited to attend and/or present comment on the proposed Ordinance.
