PUBLIC NOTICE-FIREWORK DISPLAY AT PENN STATE HOME FOOTBALL GAMES The Pennsylvania State University -Intercollegiate Athletics will hold a fireworks display during PSU home football games on September 5, September 19, September 26, October 10, October 31, November 14, and November 21, and potentially for a College Foot­ball Playoff game on either December 18 or December 19.
