Assessment Roll for the year 2027 Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the year 2027 has been completed and adopted by the Centre County Board of Assessment and Revision of Taxes. The Assessment Roll is open for public inspection through August 31, 2026 (except legal holidays) between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the Office of the Chief Assessor, Third Floor, Willowbank Office Building, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, PA. Any person desiring to appeal any assessment shall file a statement in writing of their intention to do so, designating the assessment appeal from the Board of Assessment and Revision of Taxes, on or before the first day of August.
