INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Friday, June 5th, 2026, at the main administrative office of the West Branch Area School District, 516 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858, for the following work: Labor, equipment, and materials to complete the "West Branch Area School District – Bus Parking Lot Addition" project located in Morris Township, Clearfield County, PA. The bids will be opened by the West Branch Area School District at the Monday, June 8th, 2026, school board meeting. Construction shall follow the plans, specifications, and details outlined on the construction bid plan set for the "West Branch Area School District – Bus Parking Lot Addition" dated May 11, 2026, as prepared by GeoTech Engineering, Inc. The bidders shall comply with all applicable specifications and requirements for work within the Pennsylvania Department of Education School District. Requests for information (RFIs) are due by 3:00 PM on Friday, May 29th, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall take place at the project site (West Branch Area School District, 516 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858) at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 1st, 2026. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the West Branch Area School District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. The winning bidder shall be notified on no later than Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, and a pre-construction meeting shall be held on-site at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, after which construction can commence. The completion of project construction deadline is close of business July 31st, 2026.
