PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Incorporation were filed on May 4, 2026, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for the purpose of incorporating a non-profit corporation under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. The name of the Corporation is Trout Run Gun Club, Inc. The Corporation is incorporated exclusively for purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may be amended, modified or replaced by any future United States Internal Revenue Law. In particular, the Corporation will be organized and operated for the purposes of promoting and encouraging nonprofitable recreational activities for the benefit of the members of the Corporation, including hunting and fishing activities and preservation of wildlife.
