A summary of the proposed Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREGG CODE OF ORDINANCES, GREGG TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF LARGE-SCALE SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY FACILITIES. A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for inspection at 106 School Street, Spring Mills, PA 16875. Any and all interested or affected parties are invited to attend and/or present comment on the proposed Ordinance.
